Well, if you fall into the groups above who are entitled to Emergency Aid, know that receiving it is quite easy.

To do this, you must first access the Emergency Aid website or download the application on your Android or iOS mobile phone.

Register and fill in the information correctly, remembering that all this data will be confronted with reality, and at any sign of inconsistency, access to the benefit will be blocked.

So, with the data filled in correctly, wait for approval from Caixa, which may take a few days.

At the time of registration, Caixa will want to know which bank you intend to receive Emergency Aid from.

In this case, you can opt for an existing checking or savings account or open a Caixa Digital Savings account when registering to receive Emergency Aid.
